Ultralinea works closely together with their clients to help them to realise their design aspirations. This is the first step in helping you to finalise your brief. With our extensive experience in architectural projects, we can often save you substantial amounts of time and money by steering you in the right direction at this crucial stage of any project.
The process begins with the formulation of a clear brief and a rough outline budget. With these parameters in place the creative process can begin, from concept sketches to more formalised planning. Once these have been agreed, the next step is to visualise the scheme, through either traditional drawings or, as in this picture, 3D modelling.
We provide a full planning consultancy service and have an excellent track record with applications, dealing with all the common issues, including permitted development rights, conservation areas and listed buildings, bringing your project smoothly through the planning process
We believe that a good structural engineer is a vital component in any the construction process. Their work has a direct effect on the budget, the aesthetics and the smooth running of any building project. Our engineers regularly work as part of the Ultralinea construction team.
Our design is always complying with Australian Standards and regulations. This involves independently checking and approving building work to ensure it complies with the safety, health, amenity and sustainability standards specified in legislation and building codes.
Once all the main pre-build stages have been completed, Ultralinea can prepare a full specification of the proposed works for use in the tendering process. These are then produced in the form of a tender document, which are the basis for the pricing of the building work. We will help you understand the various responses to the document and suggest the most suitable candidate.
We believe these characteristics should influence everything we do in business and in life. We sincerely enjoy the work we do and our clients get to reap the benefits.
