We believe that a good structural engineer is a vital component in any the construction process. Their work has a direct effect on the budget, the aesthetics and the smooth running of any building project. Our engineers regularly work as part of the Ultralinea construction team.
Our design is always complying with Australian Standards and regulations. This involves independently checking and approving building work to ensure it complies with the safety, health, amenity and sustainability standards specified in legislation and building codes.
Once all the main pre-build stages have been completed, Ultralinea can prepare a full specification of the proposed works for use in the tendering process. These are then produced in the form of a tender document, which are the basis for the pricing of the building work. We will help you understand the various responses to the document and suggest the most suitable candidate.
